I hand-craft every one of
my award-winning, one of
a kind POTBELLY BEARS
excruciatingly slowly;
something that I know
tries the patience of my
collectors on occasion! At
times, I feel almost guilty
about my snail-paced
output. Please know,
there's no gamesmanship
or strategic marketing
ploy behind the slow
release of my work. It's
just that, after several
years of self-taught bear
making in my home studio,
I've learned that working
on one bear at a time, in a
very intense, focused
fashion, is the best way
for me to stay excited,
motivated, and inspired
without courting burnout.
And that excited,
motivated, inspired
mindset is preciselywhere
I need to be, to create the
sweetest, most winsomely
huggable bears imaginable.
So please, "bear" with me
and my sluggish production
schedule. I'm doing my
best to make bears
entirely worth the wait!
