California residents, please note: by law, I have to collect sales tax on in-state purchases. It will be added to your bill, and may require additional payment.
LAYAWAY
I offer both 2-payment and 3-payment layaway options for items over $300. To activate, simply choose the applicable layaway option from the drop-down menu provided, then pay to reserve your item. Items remain available for purchase until payment has been received.
Payment #1 includes shipping. The remaining balance is due 30 days (2-part layaway) and 60 days (3-part layaway) from date of purchase. As a reminder, I'll invoice you roughly one week prior. NOTE: Layaway items are not refundable or returnable.
COMMISSIONED WORK
Custom bears cost $550 and require an initial $150 commission deposit which is not refundable. If the finished piece is accepted, a $400 final payment, plus applicable shipping, is due within 7 days of approval. Delivery confirmation and insurance are free. NOTE: Commissioned work, once paid in full, is not refundable or returnable. Commission deposits are not refundable but may be applied to future POTBELLY purchases without limitation or expiration. SHIPPING
Delivery confirmation (US) and insurance are included and free. My carrier is USPS Priority Mail and I try my best to ship within 24 hours of payment in full, weekends and holidays excluded. There are no hidden "handling" or packaging costs; customers pay exact shipping at rates quoted from current USPS pricing tables. These rates will vary according to destination, parcel dimensions, and weight. Please note that postage for large, heavy, or international items can be high. Unfortunately, shipping costs what it costs, and pricing goes beyond my scope of control.
To keep mailing costs as low as possible, I ship items in the smallest box possible and use crumpled newsprint (a lightweight, recyclable, uncoated paper) for padding. I reuse packaging materials when I can to keep my business "green" because I love the Earth.
For faster delivery, or if you'd prefer point-to-point tracking, I can upgrade shipping to Express (domestic or international) at your additional cost. I'm equally happy to downgrade to First Class mail; it's the least expensive option, but takes much longer. In either case, I'll gladly provide shipping quotes on request. Please contact me.
REFUNDS
Cheerfully accepted, whenever items are paid in full at the time of purchase. Please eMail within 24 hours of receipt to qualify. Returns must arrive to me within five (5) days in original condition, with all original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping/insurance. NOTE: Layaway items are not refundable or returnable.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, PLEASE BE ADVISED
Customs in your country may hold your parcel or charge a duty fee, as determined by import laws in your area. These policies are set and enforced by your area government, and are not related to my sales or shipping methods. I appreciate your understanding.
